Packages Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all packages purchased and redeemed by clients of Damo's Personal Training.
- You will receive a membership card preloaded with your purchased package at your first session.
- Cancellations or session rescheduling require 24 hours notice via WhatsApp to lead trainer Damo to avoid being charged for a full session.
- The studio observes closures on bank holidays.
- Payment for renewal is due when 2 sessions remain on your current package.
- Packages expire 6 months after purchase. Refunds are available on any unused sessions up until the third session of the package; after the third session, packages are non-refundable.
- Personal trainer assignments may change temporarily or permanently when necessary.
- If a trainer is unavailable, sessions will be rescheduled at the same times and days unless Damo indicates otherwise.
- Packages are non-transferable. Only the named membership card holder may use the pre-paid sessions.
- Gift cards are exclusively available to new clients.
- Training sessions last 50 minutes.
- Trainers will wait up to 20 minutes past the scheduled start time unless notified of lateness.
- January promotional offers are limited to one purchase per client. There is no limit to the number of clients who may take up the offer.
- Promotional offers cannot be combined.
