Meet Damo

Damo is a Level 4 Elite Trainer. After years running gyms for some of the UK's biggest brands, he opened his own boutique studios in South London in 2014, with his flagship studio in Oval offering high-end personal training in a private setting.

His Oval studio is now independently ranked the top personal training studio in London. Damo has a strong track record of sustainable weight loss results and a particular expertise in plant-based nutrition, and counts a number of celebrities among his clients. He also serves as the Gym Fitness Lead at the prestigious Westminster School.

Between them, Damo and his team have decades of experience. The focus is simple: get you the results you came for, with the support and motivation to keep you going.

What makes Damo's Personal Training different?
We offer a completely private studio experience with handpicked elite trainers. Unlike commercial gyms, every session is tailored to you in a space designed exclusively for personal training.
Do I need to be fit to start?
Absolutely not. Our trainers work with all fitness levels, from complete beginners to professional athletes. Every programme is built around your current ability and goals.
How do buddy sessions work?
Buddy sessions allow you to train with a friend or partner in a 2-to-1 format. You both get expert coaching while splitting the cost, making premium training more accessible.
What is included in a training package?
All packages include personalised programming, in-studio sessions with your chosen trainer, and ongoing support. Premium packages also include nutritional guidance, progress check-ins, and app access.
What if I want to try things out before fully committing?
We don't offer one-off trial sessions, but we do everything we can to make sure you can commit with confidence. Start with a free consultation: visit the studio, meet the team, and chat through your goals with no obligation. And once you've started a package, you're covered — every package is fully refundable on any unused sessions up until your third session, so if it's genuinely not the right fit you can step away with no hard feelings.
