I'm significantly more toned than I was before, I can do things with relative ease that seemed physically impossible at the beginning. I've lost a bit of weight, and most certainly turned a good chunk of fat into muscle.
Asher responds really well to whatever state I'm in on the day, always managing to find the right balance where I get a good workout in without over or under-doing it. I often do the workout remotely, and Asher is great at adapting the workout to whatever physical space I have available.
It's never been my intention to be Hercules, but thanks to Asher I canbe closer to that than Comic Book Guy.
No matter how hard the day was, I always feel like a new person after my session - it's the best therapy in the world!
