Packages Terms & Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions are related to any Packages purchased and redeemed by clients of Damo’s Personal Training.
Please read:
- You will receive a membership card, preloaded with your purchased package at your first session. This must be tapped in at the studio before each session. Please remember to bring this along to all your sessions.
- If you need to cancel or move any sessions going forward, please contact Lead Trainer Damo directly via WhatsApp, not your Personal Trainer. 24 hours notice for cancellations is required to avoid being charged the full session amount.
- Please note, the studio is closed on bank holidays.
- Should you wish to continue training and renew your package after current package ends – payment is due when 2 sessions remain on your current package.
- Packages must be used within a 6 month period. Package payment refunds can only be claimed before your third session of your first package with us, to allow you time to ensure you want to continue. Only the remaining unused sessions from the package will be refunded.
- Where possible we will always try to keep your session bookings with the same Personal Trainer, however it may on occasion be necessary to change your Personal Trainer temporarily or permanently.
- In the event of your Personal Trainer not being available for any pre booked session due to holiday leave, sickness, leaving the studio or any other reason, your sessions will always be covered at the same times/days unless otherwise advised by Damo. So please attend as per usual.
- Packages are non transferable and only the named membership card holder may use the pre paid sessions.
- Gift cards can only be redeemed by new members.
- Personal Training sessions are 50 minutes.
