Iuri is a dedicated Strength and Conditioning Coach with a passion for helping clients achieve their fitness goals. His athletic journey began at a mere six years old, when he played high-level football for West Ham United until he was 18. He went on to explore track and field, excelling in the 60m, 100m, and 200m sprints.
With his diverse background in various sports, Iuri is committed to implementing a range of training techniques tailored to each individual, focusing on creating personalised sessions that empower clients and ensure they achieve their fitness potential.

Personal Trainer Matteo is known around Damo’s Personal Training studio as the Italian Stallion! He is a certified personal trainer with eight years’ experience, and a background in football, boxing, and Muay Thai. His specialist approach to fitness merges athletic discipline with effective workout technique.
Matteo’s extensive knowledge of competitive sports enables clients to enhance their power, agility, and functional skills, while keeping sessions fun, exciting, and results-oriented.

He specialises in weight and strength training, with clients noting his sessions are always motivating and his chatty nature ensures you will catch up on all the gossip whilst working hard! Ross’s goal-focused approach to client exercise targets all the right areas, making a group of sessions with him an all-around top-notch fitness package.

Personal Trainer Angus is well-versed in professional and contact sports, with experience on both the rugby pitch and athletics track. His history in these provides him with a great deal of knowledge surrounding sports injury and rehabilitation.
When not training clients, he casually partakes in Spartan obstacle races, running endurance races, and Hyrox events.
Angus specialises in functional training – moving the way the body is designed to move naturally. He primarily focuses on improving clients’ strength, balance and flexibility to assist in their performing everyday movements easily.

As a woman who rebuilt her own strength through injury rehabilitation, Jaida has a deep understanding of the body’s mechanics and how to help clients move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free. Her journey is personal, and her mission to help others transform their lives, just as she has transformed hers.
Specialising in mobility and functional training, Jaida focuses on building bodies that are stronger and more capable in everyday life, whether you’re carting the kids to and from school, or running that next 10K. Her approach is rooted in improving joint health, enhancing movement efficiency, and training with purpose.

She has trained in a variety of fields and specialises in strength and conditioning, pre & post natal clients, as well as mobility and flexibility. Leonie believes in a holistic approach to leading a healthy lifestyle and will help you to implement healthier strategies in your everyday life!
