Vegan Spicy Sausage Gnocchi


1 Jar Spicy Pasta Sauce
1 Packet Fresh Gnocchi
1 Can Butter Beans
4 Vegan Sausages
1 Packet Fresh Spinach
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder


Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Meanwhile, cut your sausages into bite sized pieces. Drain the beans.

As the water is coming to a boil, begin cooking the sausages. Heat up a large frying pan on medium heat with a little oil. Cook sausages for 5 minutes, or until browned.

Take your sausages off of the heat. Add your gnocchi to boiling water and cook according to package instructions.

While the gnocchi is cooking, add your spinach to the sausages in frying pan and put back on medium heat for 5 more minutes. Add in the salt, pepper and garlic powder.

Drain your gnocchi and add to the frying pan. Throw in your beans and spicy pasta sauce, heat for 5 more minutes.

Mix to combine and serve!
