Pear Protein Smoothie

This is one of my favourites, as it’s so simple to make – just 3 ingredients! The perfect pick me up when rushing out to work: only 2 minutes from the blender to your taste buds!

Ingredients:

450ml chilled brown rice milk
2 ripe pears, cored
2tbsp Vanilla protein powder

Optional toppings:

1 squirt Vegan whipped cream
1 pinch of cinnamon

Preparation:

Don’t mess about! Throw it all in your blender, whizz it up for a minute, and glug it down. Ensure you wipe off the milk moustache before leaving the house,
