
A personal trainer with a chocolate recipe?! That’s right! This super special Vegan chocolate recipe is so easy you can make it at home!
Ingredients:
½ cup peanut butter
¼ cup cacao powder
¼ cup melted coconut oil
1 tbsp maple syrup
Pinch of salt
Preparation:
Gently warm coconut oil in a pan over a low to medium heat. Hand mix all the other ingredients together in a bowl or throw the whole lot in a blender. Pour around 1cm deep of the mixture into cupcake moulds.
Stick in the freezer for 20 minutes, then enjoy!
I recommend storing these treats in the freezer and taking them out 5 minutes before eating – like ice cream. They melt quickly at room temperature!
