Carrot Cake Balls

… I only came for the cake! 🍰

That’s right, guys. It’s a cake recipe by Damo. Let’s face it, we all love something sweet from time to time. After a long day at work, we sometimes reach for that unhealthy option thats easy and in reach.

Well… no more! Now you can indulge guilt free with these yummy Carrot Cake Balls, blissballs, amazeballs, yumballs, protein balls! Call them what you like, they’re quick, easy and everyone will love them. Especially your top drawer at work!

Ingredients

Instructions:

Blend carrots, sultanas, oats, sweetener until fine then add the remaining ingredients and blend again until pasty and sticky – shape into balls and roll in coconut!! Most of all…enjoy your healthy cake alternative ??! Balls store well in a container in the fridge for up to a week so perfect for your weekly meal prep on a Sunday!

If the mix seems too thin and runny add more oats or protein powder in small amount. 1 tbs at a time.

Ingredients:

Makes 18
2 medium carrots, sliced
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup sultanas
2 tbsp maple syrup or agave syrup
1 tbsp peanut butter or tahini
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp chia seeds
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp protein powder

Preparation:

Blend carrots, sultanas, oats, and syrup until fine, then add the remaining ingredients and blend again until pasty and sticky.

If the mix seems too thin and runny, add more oats or protein powder in small amounts – I recommend 1 tablespoon at a time. Shape the mixture into balls and roll in coconut!
