Banana Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream

How’s this for vegan decadence! This after dinner treat tastes so creamy and delicious, no one will believe how simple it is!


Serves 4
4 frozen bananas
4 tbsp organic natural peanut butter
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp agave syrup
1 pinch sea salt


Break the frozen bananas into chunks and toss them into a food processor, along with the peanut butter. Add sea salt, cocoa powder and agave syrup.

Blend until the bananas break down into a soft serve consistency, adding a tablespoon of water to help facilitate blending, only if necessary.

Can be served right away or poured into a container suitable for freezing and stored for up to a week.
