At Damo’s Personal Training we are huge advocates for prenatal and postnatal training and are grateful to have been chosen by many mums to help with their pregnancy exercise from the early weeks of their pregnancies to just before giving birth.
Studies show that prenatal training has numerous health benefits for both mothers and babies, and the NHS recommends it for expectant mums as well as for recovery after birth. There is also evidence to suggest that childbirth can be easier and post-birth recovery faster for mums that have worked out during pregnancy.
Our expertise in training mums from conception to birth and recovery ensures that we can safely keep you fit, strong, and healthy throughout your pregnancy.
Working with a fully qualified prenatal and postnatal personal trainer we will ensure your training is balanced, progressive, and safe, while still being challenging enough to optimise results.
We have been chosen by hundreds of women over the years to design and assist with their prenatal and postnatal exercise. We have the expertise to help you safely navigate your workouts, regardless of your stage of pregnancy and previous training experience.
You have the option to train individually, or with a friend who is also pregnant for Buddy Training. Your specialist prenatal and postnatal personal trainer will create a customised program for both of you to train together and stay motivated whilst staying safe and having fun!
