Now is the time for us to make new resolutions, build new habits, and grow throughout 2022. Damo’s favourite resolution this year is getting his workouts in early:
“Choosing the perfect time to work out can help you to burn more fat,” says Damo. “Research suggests that people burn up to 20% more body fat when they exercise in the morning on an empty stomach. This particular study also found that early workouts didn’t increase hunger or food consumption later in the day.”
“An added bonus to getting your workout done in the morning is getting it over and done with!”
